My new big house
This is time to me to buy more big home. before this I live in small home with three kids. I need buy new one for my family. Of course to buy new big house i need big Closing Cost also. One of ways to get budget I should sell my home first.
My first step to sell my home is to call seller agent. Of course it is simple, they come to my home and do Pest Inspector or home inspection. They looking around to my home. My small basement and all of quality wood of my home are being investigated . They should know are good foundation or soils wood? I know result of investigations determine how price my home will be sell
OK, I optimist my home will be sell in good price so I plan to home with New Home Warranty. To this I also call buyer agent to buy new big home. It is also simple, they come to me provided brochure and price. They inform me related to insurance rates, escrow and settlement fees, the cost of a real estate closing attorney, notary public and other services.
Of course they provide Pest Inspector to investigate my new home.
